My French Coach's guide to surviving the coronavirus lockdown.

Updated: Apr 28

Every day we are faced with something new, probably a challenge so it's important to change our outlook on the situation. Unfortunately, it's out of our control, so we must remind ourselves this is only temporary and all bad should pass.

There are some really simple steps to follow to help your mental health during these times of uncertainty. Below we have the guide that will help you improve your mental health if you're struggling during this period of the coronavirus outbreak.

Stay connected with everyone

If you think you're on your own, believe us you're not. The truth is, you're probably doing so well but naturally we assume the worst. Feeling anxious, worried or completely helpless is very normal right now, which is why it's good to talk about what's on your mind or even write it down. Maybe sharing with others will also help them realize a few things too. If you don't feel comfortable sharing how you feel, write it down, and study it, until you find a solution to how you're feeling.
