Exercise is far more important for your mental health than money, here is why.



You train your mental strength which will lead to a more controlled life and this results in a happier one. When we push ourselves physically it hurts, but this is when we are growing, you can't just go to the gym, do a few squats and expect god-like quads, you have to suffer a little in order for them to grow. So, when we push our mental strength you will be able to handle more stress. For a lot of people, mental resilience is their strongest power, and so many get addicted because when we can use our power properly we get closer to achieving our goals. home workouts are quick and effective.



People who exercise are happier


It has been proved those who exercise regularly would generally feel low for around 35 days a year whereas those who don't exercise at all felt bad for a minimum of 53 days a year. Physically active people, in general, tend to be keeping fit for a reason, so they have a sense of purpose and self-belief. One of the biggest connections to depression is a lack of self-esteem and self-belief.



Group exercise makes smiles


The solo run or solo gym session can be really hard to get motivated for, and this is not an easy thing to do. It's proven that group exercise has an all-round more positive effect on your mental health. If we look at the emotions behind team sport, we have teamwork, drive, team strategy and many more, which drives us to achieve together. Socializing alone is very important, connecting with others is a feel-good emotion. Right now, exercising together is not something we can do when following the guidelines, so online group workouts can be really fun, home workouts are quick and effective.




How much exercise do we need to feel happy then



There are so many workouts and different types of exercise out there, so it does seem to get a little bit confusing at times. Cardiovascular workouts are brilliant for mental health and staying happy. In order to get the mental health benefits from exercise, it's a good idea to workout 3-5 days a week and no longer than 30-60 minutes a day.


When discussing workouts or fitness do not assume it's incredibly difficult, according to the experts even a walk at a reasonable pace can completely transform your mood and help gain clarity.


But don't worry if the gyms are not open, we have our home's as gyms.
